Flexible Output Options
Generate documents individually or in batch as Word, PDF, PDF/A, PDF Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, HMTL, .msg, etc… files. Save documents including metadata to Microsoft SharePoint (Online or OnPremise), as attachment to a Dynamics CRM entity or store them in any document management or archiving system. The possibilities of printing, adding electronic signatures, sending your D365 documents via email or creating .msg files are just a few more of the many dox42 output options.
Pure cloud, hybrid or on premise? You decide!
When generating, dox42 runs the defined query and automatically integrates the data into your documents. It's up to you, how to generate your document: With the dox42 Add-ins or via the dox42 Server - on premise or in the cloud. With dox42 Online all dox42 Server functionalities are available as Software As a Service. Generate your Dynamics 365 documents in a pure cloud scenario with it! The authentication is done via Microsoft Entra ID, using the permissions of the logged in Microsoft user. Also, dox42 Online doesn’t store any data and uses end-to-end encryption.
Choose your interface or workflow
The dox42 Server integrates document generation fully automated into your processes. The server is called via a web service interface with REST and SOAP. This flexible interface allows you to call dox42 documents from any application. So, next to a generation from your Dynamics 365 interface, you can also generate your documents for example from Microsoft Power Apps or Microsoft Teams. dox42 also integrates with any workflow solution, e.g. FireStart, Microsoft Power Automate, Nintex, K2 or others.
