With dox42, WECOYA has standardized and automated the creation of business documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. The IT team develops and maintains dynamic templates in close collaboration with the business departments. Individual requirements of the different operational lines can be incorporated within individual templates.

Policies, quotes, invoices, and other business documents are generated automatically based on centralized data sources. Content, layouts, and text adapt dynamically to the respective business area. This reduces maintenance effort while ensuring consistent document generation.
