Users design & maintain the layout of D365 invoices entirely themselves

Spaciotempo is a company that builds and provides demountable buildings. In an environment where flexibility and responsiveness are paramount, Spaciotempo meets temporary construction needs for purchase or rental. This solution can be adapted to current building stock by replacing an unusable building or meeting a very specific need: Demountable hangars, storage marquees, industrial tents, and more.

They needed to optimize their organization and have chosen 9altitudes as their partner and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to guide them in their digital transformation.

Spaciotempo had an existing solution landscape including Salesforce and SAP but has extended this with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform combined with 9altitudes’ best of breed and prebuilt solution that enhances the standard functionality of the Dynamics 365 platform to better suit the needs of discrete and project-based manufacturing companies. Together, the Microsoft and 9altitudes solutions cover a wide range of processes in and across departments, such as sales, purchase, planning, production, warehousing, distribution, field service and others.

For the first phase of the project, which went live in October 2023 and has as functional scope of everything related to sales administration, Spaciotempo is using the dox42 solution to design and generate Sales Invoices for their customers. The biggest value of the solution for them is the fact that after receiving training, their key users can design and maintain the layout of the invoices entirely themselves through the easy combination of designing in Microsoft Word with the dox42 Add-in.

For the upcoming phases of the project in production, distribution, field service and other areas, which will go live in 2024, many other document types will be added to the scope of the project.
