We wanted to significantly increase the speed and quality of our proposal creation process. To achieve this, we needed a solution that automatically combines content and service descriptions from SharePoint with data from Business Central (On-Prem) to generate professional and compelling contract proposals. Our goal was to completely replace traditional Business Central proposals and establish a modern, integrated proposal and contract management system that eliminates media discontinuities and enables the maintenance of service documents in a central repository outside of BC.
With dox42, we found a powerful platform that seamlessly connects both data sources and more than fulfills these requirements. As a result, dox42 fully replaces our traditional BC proposals and creates a consistent, efficient proposal process.
Thanks to the intuitive creation of automation templates, we were quickly able to automate additional documents such as data processing agreements and non-disclosure agreements without significant additional effort. This has further standardized and accelerated the overall process.
