GYDE365 addresses common challenges faced by customers and partners looking to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions. Customers struggle to gather all their requirements and obtain comprehensive information to make informed system decisions, while partners face issues with time-consuming repetitive activities, long sales cycles, manual processes, and scaling their business without excessive costs.

GYDE365 uses dox42 to automate the creation of output documentation for customers and partners, a process that would traditionally take partners several days. The challenge was to fully automate this process, reducing document creation time to less than 5 minutes. Leveraging dox42 Online, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint, we achieved this goal.

We generate customised Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files based on over 20 dox42 templates linked together. Dynamic templates, driven by surveys and data, support multiple languages and currencies. Multiple files of each type can be generated, addressing diverse needs, including estimation workbooks, Fit/Gap analyses and scope summaries in Excel, sales proposals in Word, and project presentations in PowerPoint.

GYDE365's document generation is triggered within Power Platform apps, involving a complex workflow with over 300 paths and 50 actions.

Our data is held in Microsoft’s Power Platform (Dataverse). Securely retrieving data is facilitated through dox42’s Dataverse and XML/JSON connectors.

Using dox42 has provided significant efficiencies in the creation and output of GYDE365 documentation, with over 60 Microsoft Dynamics partners generating thousands of documents globally.
