Formal documents, generated in seconds instead of hours

FLINK Nederland is a Dutch energy advisory firm with two complementary service lines: Flink Consultants, which focuses on strategic energy procurement by advising on and brokering energy contracts, and Flink Experts, whose consultants guide clients through the energy transition – from batteries and solar panels to EV charging infrastructure and grid congestion.

Both service lines rely on dox42 for their formal customer documents. Flink Consultants generates mandates, energy contracts, and invoices, while Flink Experts produces quotes and advisory reports. Every document is generated directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365, personalized for each customer, and delivered as a pixel-perfect PDF – always accurate and fully aligned with FLINK’s corporate identity.

Before dox42, preparing mandates and contracts involved manual work and carried a significant risk of errors. Now, our team can generate a complete, correctly formatted document with just one click, directly from Dynamics 365. What used to take minutes per document now takes only seconds.

Document generation is triggered within the Dynamics 365 interface and runs through a synchronous Power Automate flow. Users receive the finished PDF immediately, without leaving their working environment or switching between systems. Templates are maintained in Word by the business users themselves, keeping the solution flexible as contract conditions and layouts evolve.
