As part of the implementation of an integrated ERP system with the modules Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Field Service, CWS decided to use dox42 for automated document generation.

Today, all accounts receivable and accounts payable documents as well as audit and work reports are created using dox42 – simple, efficient, and directly within the familiar Microsoft environment. Thanks to the intuitive interface and the ability to create templates without any programming effort, the team quickly took over responsibility for document management themselves.

New documents at CWS are now created flexibly, independently, and tailored to individual needs – a real added value in daily operations. This frees up more time for strategically important tasks instead of manual document creation.
