Despite using M-Files for document management and dox42 for document generation, a critical gap remained. Without seamless integration, manual data entry led to inconsistencies, increased risk of errors, and limited traceability. The turning point came with the discovery of the dox42 connector for M-Files, introduced during a webinar by SoftAdvice. This integration created a fully automated workflow: whenever a document status changes in M-Files, dox42 is triggered to generate the final document using real-time data via REST APIs eliminating manual intervention entirely.

Today, this integration supports some of RCJU’s most critical administrative processes, including financial commitment validations and contribution request management, with automated generation of approvals, rejections, and payment confirmations.
