Automated meeting documentation with dox42 makes our daily work noticeably easier

Brückner Maschinenbau is a global leader in manufacturing production lines for high-quality plastic films. To streamline our internal processes and increase efficiency in meeting documentation, we partnered with corner4  to implement a tailored solution – combining SharePoint Online with dox42.

We’ve learned that structured and consistent meeting minutes are key to effective collaboration. However, creating them manually was time-consuming and prone to errors.

By integrating dox42 with SharePoint Online, we were able to significantly optimize our workflows. Today, we prepare meetings directly in SharePoint – including agendas and participant details – and generate the minutes automatically with dox42. The documents follow a consistent structure, are centrally stored, and are accessible at any time.

This automated approach noticeably reduces the workload for our employees, saves valuable time, and minimizes the risk of errors. What impressed us most was the seamless integration into our Microsoft 365 environment and the ability to design templates independently – without needing IT support.

dox42 has become an integral part of our digital infrastructure – and a key enabler in the ongoing evolution of our internal processes.
