Significant Time Savings in the Creation of Club and Subsidy Documents through dox42

The Austrian General Sports Federation (ASVÖ) is a central organization that supports and oversees sports clubs across Austria. Through close collaboration with regional sports federations (state federations), ASVÖ ensures that clubs receive comprehensive support across all areas, from administration to funding. In addition, ASVÖ organizes sports events and manages subsidies for its member clubs.

ASVÖ faced the challenge of efficiently creating and managing a large number of standardized documents. Particularly, document creation in the context of club and subsidy management through "SportCRM" and integration with Azure Cloud services were complex and time-consuming tasks. To streamline these processes, ASVÖ decided to implement the document automation solution dox42, which was deployed by the partner company ace for around 100 users.

The implementation of dox42 led to a substantial increase in efficiency. Particularly in the creation and management of mass documents, the time required was significantly reduced. Additionally, state federations can now independently maintain templates, reducing dependence on IT and enabling faster adjustments.
