Smart, sustainable HR-Solutions with dox42 and d.velop
Alperia is South Tyrol’s largest energy service provider and one of the leading companies in the renewable energy sector in Italy. For more than 120 years, we have been producing renewable energy, primarily from hydropower. Our activities range from electricity generation to the operation of power grids and district heating systems, as well as the supply of green energy. We also offer solutions in the areas of e-mobility, photovoltaics, and energy efficiency. Today, Alperia serves more than 500,000 customers across Italy. As a forward-looking company, we promote responsible and sustainable energy production and use.
We also rely on smart and sustainable solutions in our HR processes for our 1,400 employees. That is why we have automated these processes using dox42 and d.velop Documents.
The process workflows can be modeled in a BPMN-compliant way in d.velop Process Studio. Documents from these HR processes are generated with a single click using dox42, which also automatically stores them in the d.velop Documents DMS fully automated and correctly tagged. The intuitive template design of dox42 in MS Office allows us to make adjustments quickly, easily, and, most importantly, independently. With no-code data mapping from dox42, we can also connect additional systems such as SAP to the document generation process.
Thanks to dox42 and d.velop, our processes are now automated, transparent, significantly faster, and associated with a much lower risk of errors.
