Automate the GDPR Subject Access Request| Sample Template

Use this template to compile a Subject Access Request document as required by the GDPR. Include all personal identifiable information that you handle of a customer or employee of yours. Via input parameters, you can generate an individual document for a data subject, which does not only include data stored in all of your systems, but also enables you to attach copies of the data within the document.
