Convincing functions in combination with Microsoft SharePoint 2016

For implementing various processes in our SharePoint 2016 based intranet we were searching for a suitable solution to generate documents easily and quickly. Siller Portal Integration GmbH, our competent service provider suggested dox42 and has supported us with its implementation. The possibility to create templates directly in Microsoft Office and to integrate various data sources has convinced us.

One of the first small projects was the creation of a print-optimized version of our menu and a weekly overview of meal orders. Both documents are important for our employees and can now be generated quickly and easily with a workflow. There are corresponding forms available for selecting the required content.
